2.ISUZU GIGA Aircraft Refueling Trucks is Compliant with the latest industry standard number MH/T6101-2013 and EI (API) EN12312-5 issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, as well as the SAE ARP5818 standard and IG related safety requirements published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE Committee 5C) in the United States.
3.The standard geometric capacity of Aircraft Refueling Trucks is 17000 liters, and the rated capacity is 15000 liters (the capacity can be customized)
>The material of the oil tank is aluminum magnesium alloy, and its design and construction comply with relevant national standards.
4.The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with a sewage system.
Oil tanks are equipped with high and low liquid level shut-off control devices.
Install anti wave plates inside the oil, each with overflow holes and manholes.
The top of the oil tank is equipped with an anti-skid walking platform, and the rear is equipped with an anti-skid ladder.

The oil tank is equipped with a floating ball level gauge.
The bottom oil filling device of the oil tank has a one-way control function.
5. Functional system
The pump oil system can meet the following functional or task requirements:
(1) Filter and measure the fuel in the tank of this vehicle and add it to other fuel receiving equipment
(2) The fuel in other containers (such as aircraft fuel tank) that meet the pumping conditions will be filtered, metered and pumped to the vehicle's oil tank (and ensure that the high liquid level closing device is effective);
(3) Cycle and mix the fuel in the tank of this vehicle
(4) Used as a mobile pumping station
(5) Pump the fuel from the filter/water separator and fuel hose back into the vehicle
(6) The pump oil pipeline adopts a four-way valve process, and there should be no auxiliary pipelines downstream of the flow meter to avoid significant errors between the actual fuel volume and the flow meter reading.

Select well-known American brand products with a maximum flow rate of 1500 liters per minute and a normal working pressure between 0.50-0.70 megapascals.
filter separator
Select imported well-known brand filter separators (including a set of new filter cartridges equipped with the vehicle) and meet the following requirements
(1) The filtering quality meets the latest standards of EI (original API) 1581 5th edition.
(2) The rated flow rate shall not be lower than the maximum flow rate of the oil pump and shall be matched with the system.
(3) The working force is 1.0 Mpa
(4) Static pressure test pressure 2.0 Mpa
5) Install the manufacturer's original automatic non air valve and safety valve with check, install a sight glass, and connect it to the large tank through an independent pipeline.
(6) Equipped with a 0-0.1 Mpa piston differential pressure gauge, and a three-way valve installed on the differential pressure gauge for measuring the free movement of the test piston
(7) Both the inlet and outlet of the filter have Merip testing points, and there are dedicated valves in front of the testing points for control
(8) Filter/separator with drainage device
(9) The fuel in the filter separator can be discharged into the main oil tank through the main oil pump.
(10) The nameplate of the filter separator is clearly visible after the installation of the filter, and space is reserved on the nameplate for easy filling of the inspection date
Change date and inspector information.
(11) After installation, it should not affect the rearview observation.
7. Pressure control system
The civil aviation tanker truck has a two-stage pressure control system: pressure control inside the outlet pipe and dual control of the pressure regulator valve on the 2.5-hour refueling joint.
The pressure control valve inside the pipe is a product of a well-known British company and meets the following requirements
(1) Adjustable pipe end control pressure, with a range of adjustment between 0.35 ± 0.035 Mpa
(2) During the refueling process, as the pressure at the pipe end gradually increases, when the pressure reaches the set pressure, the pressure control is automatically turned off and the flow rate is zero
3) Oil can be delivered by opening the pressure control valve through Deadman.
8. Deadman control system
The handheld Deadman control system adopts electronic control mode, and the length of the control line meets the requirement of free movement within a range of 15 meters, so that refueling personnel can quickly and conveniently stop refueling in emergency situations. Install a sealed aluminum alloy box in a suitable position on the operating surface to store the control wires and switches of the Daide controller. When the Daide controller wire is pulled out, it will not entangle with other adjacent control switches and cause misoperation.
